    Lovely Gem!

    1893 25c PCGS MS66 ex: D.L. Hansen

Original, and nearly unabraded dove-grey surfaces gleam with satiny luster. Mottled rainbow tints can been seen in the fields, especially prominent on the reverse. The design elements show sharp definition. Nice! The primary set contains a MS66+ example for the date.

    Famous Key Date

    1896-S 25c PCGS/CAC VF30

Classic key date Barber quarter. One of the 'big 3' keys along with the 1901-S and 1913-S. Very attractive example with a fully sharp Liberty AND the complete line under the word Liberty, which we usually use to define an XF! In this case, PCGS correctly observed that there was ample wear elsewhere and designated the coin a VF30. A great pickup for the Barber specialist as VF's of this date are few and far between. CAC approved for quality and eye appeal. CAC is a third party grading service that grades the grading services (PCGS & NGC) and only approves the best coins in holders. CAC coins have been bringing significant premiums at auctions as more and more collectors are demanding the sticker before they buy. CAC approved for quality.

    Scarce Gem O-Mint

    1900-O 25c PCGS MS65

Surprisingly elusive in high grades, the 1900-O is another one of our favorite dates in the Barber Quarter series. Satiny and sharply struck, the obverse features blended hues of peach, olive, and lavender while the reverse is an even, pale gold.

    Famous Key Date

    1901-S 25c PCGS/CAC MS67+

The 1901-S quarter is by far the most famous key date in the Barber quarter series. It's so popular as a date that this issue transcends the series and key date collectors seek this coin out. Gorgeous pastel tints, this piece is absolutely outstanding for the grade with pleasing patches of violet and russet toning. PCGS has just 2 specimens of this extremely rare coin in this grade and only 1 higher. PCGS+ grade for premium quality at the top of end of the assigned grade. CAC approved for quality. The MS68+ example is housed in the Hansen Collection and this would be the finest example that is available for collectors.

    Scarce Date

    1904-O 25c PCGS MS66+

Scarce O-mint Barber quarter that is much tougher than the mintage suggests. This example is 1 of just 2 graded by PCGS at this level, with only 2 higher. A wonderful addition to any competitive registry set of Barber quarters.
